Our mission is to bring back that childhood joy of discovering truly delicious cheese—the kind that makes you smile, sparks happy memories, and turns everyday meals into something special. In a world full of bland, mass-produced options, we’re proud to offer something different: cheeses made with care, character, and a whole lot of love.

We have been providing local markets with French cheeses, olives, garlic, saucissons, and more for many years.

We hand make Winterdale Cheese, a traditional cheddar style cheese using unpasteurised milk. It is then cloth bound and matured in our cellars, built into the chalk downs, for 10 months.

Goats milk, cheese and meat.  Our Shaggy's Beard Camembert won a 2014 International Cheese Award Gold Medal, and our smoked cheese won a Silver Medal.

We are a family run dairy farm where we produce the delicious, award winning Kentish Blue and Kingcott Blue cheeses from our own milk.

We supply cheeses, meats, olives, preserves, biscuits, sauces. We also offer cheese celebration cakes and catering for events

We produce a comprehensive range of vegetarian, pasteurised Goats Milk cheeses to suit all palates. The cheeses are lovingly made by hand in our own dairy.
