We have been providing local markets with French cheeses, olives, garlic, saucissons, and more for many years.

We hand make Winterdale Cheese, a traditional cheddar style cheese using unpasteurised milk. It is then cloth bound and matured in our cellars, built into the chalk downs, for 10 months.

Curd and Rennet have over 15 years’ experience in the cheese business, selling artisan British cheese at markets. We select and provide artisan cheeses, using our experience in professional gastronomic arts.
